Sheet metal bending / automatic bending center


A wide range of technologies enables bending of structural steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Thanks to the fact that we have machines of three sizes, we can bend ideally depending on the size of the product and the type of material. For multiple bends, we can use an automatic bending center.

Materials and dimensions that we are able to process:

  • We bend materials such as structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum
  • Maximum length of material for bending on press brakes: 3100 mm
  • Maximum material thickness for bending on press brakes: 12 mm (stainless steel max. 6 mm)
  • Maximum product length for automatic bending center: 2520 mm
  • Maximum material thickness for automatic bending center: 2.5 mm

Special production

Trapezoidal sheet metal

The production of atypical trapezoidal sheets is enabled by a special pressing tool, which is fitted with the Safan E-Brake 150-3100 press brake, which is used exclusively for this production.

Door frame with groove for sealing

We own a special two-level pneumatic tool designed for the production of steel door frames with a groove for sealing. Thanks to this tool, we are able to produce a door frame without changing tools.

Quick verification of the manufacturability of bent parts

Thanks to the TruTops Boost software, we are able to verify the manufacturability of bent parts very quickly. Based on 2D and 3D data, the software automatically generates bending procedures. There are many supported file formats such as step; stp; igs; ipt; dwg; dxf etc.
