Surface treatments

We offer cooperation in product completion. We have an automatic painting line and offer the possibility of finishing products in a powder coating plant. The powder coating technology enables the chemical treatment of steel, galvanized and aluminum products for both interior and exterior applications.

The supplier of the painting booth is the Swiss company ITW GEMA and the supplier of the pre-treatment is the company IDEAL-Trade Service spol. s.r.o. For the chemical pre-treatment of materials before painting, the technology ENVIROX “EP” - Alfipas 753 by the company Alufinish is used. This technology is based on zirconium compounds and achieves very good corrosion test results and adhesion, thus providing an excellent alternative to the conventional phosphating procedures.

SPECIAL PRODUCTION

The painting line also includes a spray booth which applies powder paint electrostatically and has a system of quick color shade change (within 20 minutes) and so can be used even for smaller series.

BLASTING AND PLASTERING

With the use of blasting, or sandblasting, we can remove all dirt, rust, grease, gutter, burrs, etc. from the surface of the material. Components treated in this way are perfectly prepared for further operations or surface modifications.

We use a rotary booth with dimensions of 100 x 100 x 160 cm for blasting. This operation method can be used for iron and stainless steel.

When it comes to plastering, we use it to smooth the surface, round off the edges, remove gutters, burrs, etc.

The use of plastering is especially suitable for small components.
