The technology of punching (nibbling) machines is especially suitable for sheet metal products with multiple holes and threads. Using this technology, you will achieve the exact shape and size of the cut holes. It is especially suitable for larger series of products.
A wide range of technologies enables bending of structural steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Thanks to the fact that we have machines of three sizes, we can bend ideally depending on the size of the product and the type of material. We can use an automatic bending center for multiple bends.
With this technology, the cut is made "cold", which does not cause thermal stress on the material. This technology is great in cases where the classic laser cut cannot be used.
We offer a wide range of welding capabilities in the form of three industrial robotic welding workplaces, one workplace with a collaborative robot and two laser welding workplaces on the TRUMPF and PRIMA POWER LASERDYNE machines.
We have technologies for straightening flat material and products. This technology allows us to process orders with high demands on the flatness of the material / finished parts.
We are able to provide complete production – we can offer a number of additional and assembly operations such as manual welding, pressing, sheet metal bending, column drills and, last but not least, assembly operations incl. mounting of supplied components.
We offer the easiest way from your idea to the final product. We have our own design department, which uses the services of drawing programs AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
